Domestic delivery

Orders placed through official MAZSA stores on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop are fulfilled by the respective marketplace or authorized logistics partners. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days within Thailand, depending on your province and the seller’s dispatch schedule.

Tracking information is provided by the marketplace once your order is shipped. For delivery issues, contact the marketplace customer service first using your order number.

Wholesale & export orders

Bulk, OEM, and export shipments are arranged after order confirmation and production scheduling. Lead times depend on product type, order volume, customization, and destination. Your quotation or contract will specify estimated production and shipping windows.

International shipments may require customs clearance, duties, and import documentation. Our export team will advise on Incoterms, freight options, and required documents for your country.

Shipping costs

Marketplace orders: shipping fees are calculated at checkout on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop according to each platform’s rules.

Direct orders: freight and insurance are quoted separately for wholesale and export inquiries.
